Style for Success — The 90-Day Authority Image Intensive
Operated by Empowered By Style Pty Ltd

  1. Program Structure

Style for Success is a private 90-day online image positioning program operated by Empowered By Style Pty Ltd.

All services are delivered virtually unless otherwise agreed in writing.

The program includes strategic consultations, wardrobe planning, styling guidance, digital resources, and support as outlined at the time of enrolment.

  1. Online Delivery

Style for Success is designed to be delivered fully online via:

– Video consultations
– Digital style blueprints
– Custom shopping boards
– WhatsApp support (where included)

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have appropriate internet access, devices, and technology required to participate.

  1. In-Person Services

Style for Success is an online program.

If a client requests in-person services, including but not limited to:

– Wardrobe edits
– Personal shopping
– On-site styling
– Travel-based support

A separate travel and time fee will be quoted by Empowered By Style Pty Ltd prior to confirmation.

Travel costs may include transport, accommodation (if required), and additional time allocation. All in-person services must be agreed to in writing prior to commencement.

  1. Investment & Payment

Full payment is required prior to commencement unless a payment plan has been agreed in writing.

All payments are non-refundable.

By enrolling, the client commits to the full program duration and agreed investment.

Failure to complete the program does not entitle the client to a refund.

  1. Client Responsibility

Results are dependent on client participation and implementation.

Clients agree to:

– Attend scheduled sessions
– Complete agreed actions
– Communicate openly and promptly
– Implement styling and positioning guidance provided

Empowered By Style Pty Ltd does not guarantee specific financial, business, career, or personal outcomes.

  1. Rescheduling Policy

Sessions may be rescheduled with a minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

Sessions cancelled within 48 hours may be forfeited at the discretion of Empowered By Style Pty Ltd.

  1. Intellectual Property

All materials provided, including but not limited to style blueprints, frameworks, documents, methodologies, and digital assets, remain the intellectual property of Empowered By Style Pty Ltd.

These materials may not be copied, reproduced, shared, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

  1. Confidentiality

All client information is treated as confidential.

Clients agree not to share proprietary methods, processes, materials, or intellectual property belonging to Empowered By Style Pty Ltd publicly or with third parties.

  1. Marketing & Media Release

By participating in Style for Success, clients grant Empowered By Style Pty Ltd permission to use testimonials, written feedback, before-and-after images, photographs, video content, and documented results for marketing, promotional, educational, and commercial purposes.

This may include use on websites, social media platforms, email marketing, advertising, and other promotional materials.

No compensation will be provided for the use of such materials.

Clients who do not wish to have identifiable images used must notify Empowered By Style Pty Ltd in writing prior to program commencement.

  1. Communication Policy

Where WhatsApp support is included as part of the program, clients may send messages for styling guidance and implementation support during the 90-day period.

Empowered By Style Pty Ltd will respond to WhatsApp messages between the hours of 6:00am and 5:00pm (local business time), Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Responses outside of these hours are not guaranteed.

WhatsApp support is intended for brief guidance and clarification and does not replace scheduled strategy sessions.

  1. Purchasing Decisions & Liability

All style recommendations are advisory in nature.

Clients are solely responsible for all purchasing decisions.

Empowered By Style Pty Ltd is not liable for dissatisfaction with items purchased, changes in body shape, supplier issues, delivery delays, or external outcomes resulting from implementation decisions.

  1. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Empowered By Style Pty Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from participation in the program.

Total liability, if any, shall not exceed the total fees paid by the client for the program.

  1. Agreement

By enrolling in Style for Success, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
