Once you book, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a detailed guide on preparing your photos for the session. After uploading your photos, Chantal will complete your colour analysis and provide access to her calendar so you can schedule a video call at your convenience.
During the call, Chantal will review your custom colour analysis, teaching you how to use your colour swatch effectively. Your swatch will be mailed to you, and detailed notes will be sent via email for easy reference. (International shipping fees apply for swatches sent outside Australia.)
After booking, you’ll receive a preparation guide to help you get ready for the session. Over a 90-minute appointment, Chantal will use the advanced 18x colour system to determine your ideal palette.
Chantal will walk you through your personalised notes, ensuring you understand how to maximise your colour swatch. Additionally, your makeup bag will be reviewed to identify products that align with your new palette, with recommendations provided for optimal results.
